Brooklyn-based 2Frail plays darkgaze (post-punk x shoe gaze.)
Their 3rd release somberly titled “Vagues Noires”, sees them exploring sonic terrain more melancholy and less distorted than previous efforts, while still remaining dark. Mixed by Monte Vallier (Soft Moon, Weekend), the EP taps into a strain of shadowy post-punk carried on waves of lush and reverb-drenched guitars with haunting vocals.
